I don't know what's up with my left foot, but while doing stuff for my other job (at the literary arts non-profit) yesterday, I tripped over a crack and fell down. My ankle bent inward and I heard a "pop" noise. The thinking is that I popped a joint, but now the whole left side of my foot hurts like hell. It does hurt to walk and to put weight on it (the weird thing is it's the foot I put weight on [my right side has the sciatica and scoliosis, so I rarely favor the right foot]). The pain is no better today, but I'm hoping it fades by Thursday, or I'll have to go in and get it checked out.
Either way, I was so tired and in a neurotic state about my foot that everything slipped my mind and forgot to do some things. Gonna play catch-up today. Lord knows I will, can't do much literal sprinting.

Blah
I was going to write y'all a real nice entry about my feelings on feminism, but I'm not feeling it today.
Last night, I had one too many and I'm paying for it today. And I slept bad. And a paper I had turned in got a grade of C. I realized as I ordered my cap and gown that graduation is slowly becoming a reality and I became scared of the real world. I still have to finish reading Lolita because I have a desire to torture myself. I feel that this is the last year I'm gonna give a s*** about video games. I burned myself out of sushi and Talking Heads (which is alarmingly odd. The latter I blame from listening to one too many live shows, as I had warned myself about before). I'm hungry and nothing I have here sounds good.
Okay, that last one is just silly.
Overall, I'm feeling sad and anxious. I need to laugh and have some mac 'n cheese.
I originally didn't want to post this, but felt that it was necessary. After all, we all have days like this where everything seems to be going wrong.
So if you're feeling a bit like how I do right now, join me for a round of mac 'n cheese and some funny videos.
Whatdaya say?

Whoa, gap between posts...
Yeah, sorry for no new posts since the obligatory "welcome to the new year" one. My writing project hasn't gotten off to a good start. Reading has been an effort also. I could blame everything, but it is really me. I fail to kick my own ass into gear. Once I realize that time is precious when school begins (hopefully), I'll utilize it better.
Maybe. Yeah. I say that every year. Does it mean anything this time? I dunno. I'll have to see.

A wee update...
- Waaaayyyy behind on Bellefleur. It's good, though. Liking it a little more each time I actually pick up and read it! *fumes*
- Can't believe school is almost over. Time has really flown!
- Ugh, didn't study much for my Philosophy test. It's safe to say that this and Shakespeare have promptly whomped me this semester.
I found this earlier today and properly LOL'd:

Though, I do have to make a geeky point... In Rainbows wasn't depressing, but if this image was made post-Kid A, then it would make more sense. Kid A would overpower Prozac. For reals. *slaps self for using leetspeak*
So anyways... this will be a short one. Good night...
ETA: Calm down, Radiohead fans, I didn't forget about Amnesiac and Hail to the Thief. I just don't recall them being that depressing. Then again, Amnesiac was quite a downer. Hail... was just weird.
